Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. The role involves maintaining a safe therapy environment, collaborating with a supportive team, and starting after immediate hire with paid training and fully covered RBT certification. Compensation varies by education: Bachelor’s Degree ($17.50–$27/hour) or Master’s Degree ($19–$28/hour); first raise after earning RBT certification. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; position is full-time in Alsip, IL.
