Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and using play-based activities to foster communication, social, and independent skills. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; and participate in paid training and RBT certification. Responsibilities include staying active during sessions, engaging with children through reading, games, movement, and hands-on activities, and supporting growth opportunities within Action Behavior Centers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work with children and participate in therapy sessions
- No experience required (training provided)
