Job Summary
You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities in a structured, supportive team setting. The role involves maintaining a safe therapy environment, staying active during sessions, and collaborating with colleagues to support growth and development; requires ability to lift up to 30 lbs and completion of paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Bachelor’s (or higher) degree holders earn $17.50-$27/hour (Master’s $19-$28/hour) with growth opportunities, paid training, and benefits including health, dental, vision, holidays, PTO, and additional perks.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
