Job Summary
Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holders are offered different pay scales ($20–$25.50/hour with Bachelor’s; $22–$27/hour with Master’s) and paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with potential Saturday hours; located at 2100 Kramer Lane, Austin, TX. Required Qualifications
