Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

You will provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. You’ll help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, staying active and engaged throughout therapy sessions, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth, with paid training and fully covered RBT certification, and guaranteed full-time hours. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and includes opportunities for advancement within Action Behavior Centers; salary varies by education level, with $15–$24/hour for a Bachelor’s degree depending on ABA experience. The position is located at 3405 County Road 58, Manvel, TX 77578.
