Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; staying active and engaged during therapy; maintaining a safe, organized environment; and collaborating with a supportive team. Training is paid with full coverage of RBT certification, and there are growth opportunities within Action Behavior Centers. The role offers guaranteed full-time hours with benefits including health/dental/vision, paid holidays and PTO, and additional perks. Requires minimum 18 years old and a Bachelor’s Degree; compensation ranges by education level and ABA experience, with Bachelor’s $15–$24/hour and Master’s $16–$26/hour (converted to annualized ranges). Start date is immediate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Ability to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification if not already certified
- 18 years old or older
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor as needed
- Full-time schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays
- Passion for working with children and following treatment plans
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
