Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. The role involves helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, staying active throughout therapy sessions, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Requires a Bachelor's Degree; paid training and full coverage of the RBT certification are provided. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm (with optional Saturdays). The position offers guaranteed full-time hours and growth opportunities within Action Behavior Centers.
