Job Summary
You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data. You’ll help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, stay active during therapy, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow. Training is provided, including paid RBT certification; compensation varies by education level, with Bachelor’s Degree earning $17.50–$27/hour and Master’s Degree earning $19–$28/hour, plus growth opportunities as you advance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any health sciences/related field or equivalent
- Ability to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Willingness to lift up to 30 lbs
- 18 years or older
- Ability to sit, stand, crouch, and move on/off the floor as needed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
