Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting session data. The role involves helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities while staying active and engaged during therapy. You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow. Training is provided, including paid RBT certification, with a guaranteed full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) and potential Saturday coverage based on patient needs; opportunities for growth into roles such as Clinical Administrators, Operations Managers, and BCBA. A Bachelor's Degree is required and compensation ranges from $17.50-$27 per hour (based on education/ABA experience), with higher rates for Master’s level candidates.
