Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and collaborating with a supportive team. Role requires a Bachelor's degree; paid training and RBT certification are provided. Full-time daytime schedule (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) in Naperville, IL; opportunity for additional Saturdays based on patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required for role
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
