Job Summary
You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. In this role, you will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment while collaborating with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. The position offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid training with fully covered RBT certification, and growth opportunities within Action Behavior Centers. Location: Concord, NC. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; start date is immediate.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with physical activities (sitting, standing, crouching, getting on/off floor)
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset and willingness to support nearby ABC clinic if needed
