Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based techniques; follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; training includes paid RBT certification. Bachelor’s degree required; role offers full-time hours with guaranteed growth opportunities and benefits. Must be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire; position located in Wylie, TX; 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday with potential Saturdays based on patient needs.
