Job Summary
Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team. Requires Bachelor’s Degree; paid training and RBT certification provided; base pay varies by education level (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with growth opportunities. Full-time schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm in Fort Worth, TX, with immediate opening and potential Saturdays based on patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- 18+ years old
