Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data. The role involves helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, staying active throughout therapy sessions, maintaining a safe therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Paid training is provided with full coverage of RBT certification; you can qualify for higher pay with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; start date is immediate. Bachelors Degree holders earn $16.50–$25.50/hour; Masters Degree holders earn $17.50–$27/hour. Must be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
