Job Summary
Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment while collaborating with a supportive team. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree; paid training and fully covered RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; two Allen, TX locations; guaranteed full-time hours and opportunities for raises after earning RBT certification.
