Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data, helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, staying active and engaged during therapy, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- RBT certification training provided
- Experience with ABA therapy a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with young children (18 months to 8 years)
