Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Collaborate with a supportive team in a full-time role located in Pineville, NC, with daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; optional Saturdays). Key duties include maintaining a safe therapy environment, staying active throughout sessions, and supporting growth opportunities as you advance toward RBT certification and potential career progression into leadership or BCBA pathways. Training provided and paid; candidates must be at least 18, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and be able to complete RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
