Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. You’ll help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, stay active and engaged during sessions, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth, and you’ll have opportunities to advance as ABC supports paid RBT certification and growth into roles like Clinical Administrators or BCBA. Requires a Bachelor’s degree; RBT certification is provided after hire, with paid training. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; location is Frankfort, IL.
