Job Summary
One-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; receive paid training and fully covered RBT certification; opportunities for growth into roles such as BCBA. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and is full-time with daytime hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Experience with children or related caregiver roles (preferred)
