Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; staying active and engaged throughout therapy sessions; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; and collaborating with a supportive team. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, reliable attendance, and willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. This is a full-time role with guaranteed hours, paid training, and fully covered RBT certification, with growth opportunities into roles such as BCBA or clinic leadership.
