Job Summary
Assist children aged 18 months to 8 years in one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy sessions. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help kids learn through play and activities, stay active and engaged during therapy, maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on child growth. Requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree eligible pay scale listed), ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and completion of paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
