Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; staying active and engaged during therapy; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; and collaborating with a supportive team. Training is provided, including paid RBT certification, with guaranteed full-time hours and growth opportunities within Action Behavior Centers.
