Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. Use play-based activities to help develop communication, social, and independent skills, staying active and engaged throughout therapy sessions. Maintain a safe, organized environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow. Training is provided, including paid RBT certification, with opportunities for growth into roles such as clinical administration or BCBA. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and immediate start in Clayton, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 18+ years old
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
