Job Summary
Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and supporting skill development through activities such as movement, reading, games, and hands-on tasks. Position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree eligible with higher pay) and offers paid training plus RBT certification. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time role with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits, based in Arlington, TX.
