Job Summary
You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and collaborating with a supportive team. Training is provided with paid RBT certification, and there are guaranteed full-time hours with opportunities for growth and regular raises after certification. The role emphasizes a caring environment, safety and organization of the therapy space, and consistent attendance in a daytime Monday–Friday schedule with optional Saturdays.
