Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, help children learn through play and activities, maintain a safe and organized therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. Paid training and fully covered RBT certification are provided; growth opportunities within the organization. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree eligible pay scales also noted. Guaranteed full-time hours with benefits including health, dental, and vision, holidays, PTO, and additional perks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Full-time schedule (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm)
