Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth. Role offers paid training and fully covered RBT certification; Bachelor’s Degree required; full-time in Midland, TX with daytime hours (Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; Saturdays optional). You’ll work under structured plans, stay active during sessions, and contribute to child development goals. Schedule includes an immediate start date and potential team-wide growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Full-time availability (schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; optional Saturdays)
- Completion of paid RBT certification
