Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and activities, maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. Training is provided with paid RBT certification and opportunities for growth within the center.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with active pace and working with young children
