Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth and success. The role includes paid training and fully covered RBT certification, with opportunities for advancement and guaranteed full-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset / willingness to support nearby clinics if needed
