Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities in a clinic in Corpus Christi, TX. The role includes staying active during therapy sessions, maintaining a safe environment, collaborating with a supportive team, and opportunities for growth into roles such as clinical administrators or BCBA. Training is provided with paid RBT certification fully covered; Bachelor’s degree holders are eligible for hourly pay ranges $15–$24, and Master’s degree holders earn $16–$26 per hour, with raises after certification milestones. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
