Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. This full-time role offers paid training and fully covers RBT certification, with opportunities for growth into roles such as Clinical Administrators, Operations Managers, and BCBA; benefits include health insurance, dental/vision, PTO, holidays, and more.
