Job Summary
One-on-one, play-based ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data to track progress. Work with a supportive team to help kids develop communication, social, and independent skills, while maintaining a safe, organized therapy environment. Full-time position in The Woodlands, TX with paid RBT certification and potential opportunities for growth; Bachelor's degree required and RBT certification will be funded.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
