Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. Use play-based activities, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities to help children learn; maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team. Requires a Bachelor's Degree; paid training and RBT certification provided; opportunity for growth with raises after certification. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; located in Burr Ridge, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
