Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and contributing to a supportive, team-focused environment. The role includes paid training, RBT certification coverage, and opportunities for growth, with full-time hours, a predictable daytime schedule, and benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and other perks. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and completion of paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire; you'll be embedded in a fast-paced, caring setting delivering ABA therapies to help children build communication, social, and independent skills.
