Job Summary
Child Autism Therapist to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, facilitate learning through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. Requires a Bachelor's Degree; paid training and RBT certification provided; full-time schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm in Dallas, TX with potential Saturdays based on patient needs; salary depends on education level ($16.50-$25.50/hr with a Bachelor's, $17.50-$27/hr with a Master's) and includes benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
