Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data, helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. The role requires at least a Bachelor's Degree, offers paid training plus full RBT certification coverage, and provides opportunities for growth within the organization. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; location is Harlingen, TX.
