Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. The role involves staying active during sessions, maintaining a safe therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Training is provided with paid instruction and full coverage of the RBT certification; the position offers guaranteed full-time hours and growth opportunities within Action Behavior Centers. Educational requirements include a Bachelor's Degree (Master's considered for higher pay), and compensation ranges based on education level.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- 18 years old or older
- Comfortable with active pace and moving on/off floor
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
