Job Summary
Join Action Behavior Centers as a Child Autism Therapist to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and activities, stay active throughout therapy sessions, maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. This full-time role is based in Morrisville, NC (8am-5pm with optional Saturdays). Training is provided, including paid preparation for the RBT certification, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- 18 years or older
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team mindset and willingness to support nearby clinic if needed
