Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and collaborating with a supportive team. The role includes empowering children through structured activities, maintaining a safe therapy environment, and supporting growth toward communication, social, and independent skills. The position offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid training with full RBT certification coverage, biannual raises after certification, and comprehensive benefits. Training is provided; you will complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire and may support nearby ABC clinics as needed.
