Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; staying active during therapy sessions; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; and collaborating with a supportive team. Training is provided with paid RBT certification included. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; compensation varies by education level (Bachelor’s Degree $16.50–$25.50/hour; Master’s Degree $17.50–$27/hour). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- 18 years old
- Comfortable with active pace and working with young children
