Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting session data. You’ll help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, stay active and engaged during therapy, maintain a safe, organized environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. The role includes paid training and fully covered RBT certification, with opportunities for growth and regular raises after certification. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, reliability, and willingness to complete RBT training within 20 days of hire; typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with potential Saturdays based on patient needs. Location is Aurora, IL. Potential to support nearby ABC clinics if needed.
