Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data. You’ll help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, stay active and engaged during therapy, maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth. Paid training includes fully covered RBT certification. This is a full-time role located in Vernon Hills, IL, with typical daytime hours (8am-5pm) and potential Saturday coverage based on patient needs. You’ll work under supervision to support children’s communication, social, and independent skills development. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree candidates have a higher pay tier.
