Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. You’ll help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, while staying active and engaged throughout therapy sessions and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Paid training and fully covered RBT certification provided; opportunities for growth within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with active pace and movement
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- 18 years old or older
- Capacity to follow personalized treatment plans and collect data
- Ability to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years
