Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe therapy environment, collaborating with a supportive team, and participating in paid training with fully covered RBT certification. Full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm; optional Saturdays) in Mansfield, TX, with guaranteed full-time hours, growth opportunities, and benefits.
