Job Summary
Behavior Technician providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis-based instruction under BCBA supervision; implement individualized intervention plans to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors; engage in a team-based environment with training provided; comfortable with physical activity including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds; patient, compassionate, and committed to helping children with autism reach their full potential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, kneel, bend, reach) and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
