Job Summary
Deliver daily educational support and life skills programming to students in French elementary and secondary systems while assisting the teacher with individual or group instruction. Administer therapeutic programming, monitor activities, and provide counseling to children and youth within the FW Schumacher Program. Complete records, logs, and inventories, and perform building safety and security checks. Maintain a G2 driver's license at application and obtain or hold a valid G Class license with vehicle access. Work full-time for nine months during the school year.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a diploma and/or degree from an accredited College and/or University in Social Services, Human Services, Police Foundations, Community and Justice Program, Paramedic or Registered Practical Nursing (RPN) Diploma
- Bilingualism (English/French)
- Minimum G2 driver's license at the time of application
- Willingness to obtain a valid G Class driver's license as a condition of employment
- Possession of a valid G Class driver's license and access to their own vehicle
