Job Summary
Provides short-term and long-term evidence-based behavioral health services to outpatient clients and their families, including individual, family, and group therapy; provides behavioral health consultation services in clinics within an integrated health model for a minimum of 8 hours per week; handles cases such as behavioral problems, trauma exposure, school and learning problems, and anxiety/depression; conducts intake assessments, diagnoses, and uses scores/measures for evaluation; provides case management and advocacy; collaborates with the multidisciplinary health care team to integrate services into treatment; may be involved in education/training programs for students and staff; supervises interns/externs/post-doctoral fellows (when licensed in IL); participates in recruitment and committee work; documents sessions within 24 hours; works with diverse client base; CPR and vaccination requirements; IL license (LCSW/Psy.D/Ph.D) preferred; tailored to pediatric/adolescent populations.
Required Qualifications
- MS required
- Active LCSW or Psy.D/Ph.D license in IL
- CPR required
