Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver training for child welfare staff, including 1:1 and group sessions up to 40 participants, develop individualized training plans, coach staff, model frontline casework in the field, update training content on family-centered, evidence-based practices, and ensure understanding of policies and case management expectations while collaborating with supervisors; travel required for field visits and participate in on-call rotation. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in case management within child protection or social services; strong communication, documentation, and proficiency in applying policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, human development, mental health care, education, criminal justice or other closely related area AND experience performing case management responsibilities in protective services, alcohol/drug abuse, juvenile justice probation, counseling or social services delivery.
