Job Summary
Conduct outpatient therapy for children, adults, and families, delivering individual, family, and group sessions utilizing evidence-based practices. Perform intake interviews, initial assessments, and care coordination to address behavioral, physical, and social needs. Manage crisis situations through face-to-face or telephone interviews, assessing lethality, and facilitating referrals for hospitalization when necessary. Maintain clinical records, participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, and support health behavior change within a trauma-informed, culturally competent framework. Complete required credentialing, including licensure and AODTP status, while adhering to agency policies and productivity expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, psychology or a related human services field
- Licensure in the State of Oklahoma, in one of the mental health disciplines or under Board approved supervision for licensure
- Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, LBP, or under supervision
- If licensed, completion of continuing education requirements required for licensure maintenance
- Community based for 20 or more hours of a 40-hour work week or over 50% of the designated work week
- Access to reliable transportation
- Local travel
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Current automobile liability insurance including uninsured motorist coverage
- CPR, First Aid and Therapeutic Options certifications (or obtain within 30 days of employment)
- Co-Occurring Training and Trauma Informed Training (or obtain within 60 days of employment)
- TB test within 12 months prior to employment or obtain within 30 days of employment
- Proficiency in MS Word processing software
- Intermediate general computer skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally with English-speaking clients
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to move about facilities freely
- Casual professional dress
- Adherence to dress code requirements
