Job Summary
As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) at Blackbird Health, you'll provide high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults through in-person and telehealth sessions. You will build therapeutic relationships, monitor patient progress, and ensure effective treatment tailored to developmental and neurodiverse needs. You'll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and maintain thorough documentation of patient care. This role requires a minimum of 8 hours of commitment weekly, primarily after school hours, with a focus on helping patients engage meaningfully in their treatment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a LMSW in Virginia
- Own your own phone, computer, and high speed internet
- Commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week during core hours after 3pm Monday through Friday and 8am-7pm on Weekends
- Commit to a fully on-site role
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
- Excellent administrative support experience
- Experience with evidence-based practices in psychotherapy
